Speakers may now submit their presentations in advance via our new secure website. Submitted presentations automatically receive electronic time/date stamps. Any updated files are tracked to eliminate confusion and error. Speakers also have the traditional option of submitting their presentation on-site at our networked “Speaker Source” presentation room… your speaker’s one-stop location to answer any and all questions or concerns regarding his or her presentation. Once submitted, either electronically or in-person, presentations are transferred via our secure network environment to pre-assigned session rooms, delivering greater quality control, on-site technical labor cost-savings, accurate tracking and file management and improved peace-of-mind for both the host organization and presenter alike.
